In the case of a restraint order made in respect of land —
the restraint order shall inhibit for a specified period of time, until the occurrence of a specified event or ge nerally until further order, the registration of any dealing with any land, lease or charge;
a copy of the restraint order under the seal of the court, with the particulars of the land, lease or charge thereby affected shall be sent to the Registrar of Lands who shall register it in the Land Register maintained under section 9 of the Registered Land Act (2018 Revision) in respect of the land in question, and no restraint order shall bind or affect the land, lease or charge until it has been registered; and
so long as the restraint order remains registered, no instrument which is inconsistent with it shall be registered. Receivers
