Solemn form

When proceedings are taken for the proving of a will in solemn form, or for revoking the probate of any will on the ground of the invalidity thereof, the party taking such proceedings shall bring an action commenced by writ of summons and thereupon a summons shall issue to the next-of-kin and any persons pretending interest in the estate.
