Whoever acting as executor or administrator under this Act is guilty of an offence hereunder may be ordered by the Court to forfeit any commission due to that person from any estate and to pay a fine of one thousand dollars and to make such restoration to the estate as the Court may deem appropriate in addition to any liability which that person may incur under any other law.
