The copy of any will of which probate or letters of administration with the will annexed has been granted by or sealed by the Court, attested as a true copy by the Clerk of the Court having the custody of the same, and under the seal of the Court, or a copy of any such will proved in the Court, certified under the hand and seal of the Public Recorder to be a true copy of such will shall, so long as such probate or letters of administration is unrevoked, be received as conclusive evidence of the validity and contents of such will.
