Removal of doubt

For the removal of doubt, it is hereby declared that subject to this Act and to any effective provision of any will, a personal representative has the powers and liabilities of a trustee under the Trusts Act (2021 Revision) with reference to the estate administered by the personal representatives and the beneficiaries thereof.
