Protection of persons acting bona fide as personal representatives

When any probate or letters of administration granted under this Act is revoked, all payments made bona fide to any personal representatives under such grant before the revocation thereof shall be a legal discharge to the person making the same; and the personal representative who has acted under such revoked probate or administration may reimburse themselves in respect of any payments made by that personal representation which the person to whom probate or letters of administration is afterwards granted might lawfully have made.
