The fees specified in Schedule N shall be payable under this Law, and shall in all cases be demandable and payable before the performance of the duty or the doing of the act to which they relate.

Fees received by or on behalf of the Registrar General in the General Register Office under this Law shall be accounted for and paid by him into the Treasury.
