20. The port of registry of a ship registered under this Act and the port to which it belongs shall be one of the following ports —
George Town;
The Creek;
Bloody Bay; or
any other port as may be prescribed by the Cabinet by Order, and the Registrar may, on application, allow a ship which is registered in one of the ports to transfer its registration to another of the ports mentioned in this section but the ship shall be registered in one port only at any one time.
