28. (1) Where a ship is registered under section 27(1) it shall be a Cayman Islands ship for the purposes of this Act. Section 29 Merchant Shipping Act, 2024 Page 38 Act 1 of 2024 c
Where a ship is registered under section 27(1) it shall not fly any colours other than the Islands’ national colours specified in section 64.
