59. (1) The Cabinet may make such regulations as may appear to it to be necessary for the registration of ships as Cayman Islands ships.
Regulations made under this section may make a contravention of the regulations an offence punishable on summary conviction with a fine of twenty- five thousand dollars or such lesser amount as may be prescribed.
